The Hardest Story to Tell Is Your Own

Most people assume that because I help others find clarity, I must have total clarity about myself.

The truth?
I struggle with it constantly.

Just last week, standing there explaining what I do, I felt it happen again — the blur of too many words, the hesitation, the hope they’d just “get it.” It’s ironic. I can help anyone else sharpen their story, but left to my own, I drown in possibilities.

That moment made me realize something:
Clarity isn’t just about skill. It’s about alignment.
And for me, that meant accepting that my work should align with what people already trust me to do — not just what I wish they wanted.

That’s when things finally clicked.

If you’re struggling to talk about what you do, you’re not broken. You’re too close.
Sometimes the clearest path forward is letting your audience show you what they already see in you.
